ArtPlantae Books is an online independent bookstore serving a community of artists, naturalists and educators pursuing interests in botanical illustration, botany, natural history, environmental education, and informal science education. It complements the educational resources located at ArtPlantae Today. 

ArtPlantae Books is managed by ArtPlantae LLC and is a member of the American Booksellers Association.

Privacy Statement
We are a member of the IndieCommerce family of websites. The personal information you submit to any IndieCommerce site will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties in any form, for any purposes, at any time unless we first have your consent. This information includes, but is not limited to, your email address. All of our mailings conform to an opt-in policy, which means you have to elect to receive information from us. You will never receive unsolicited e-mail from any IndieCommerce site.

Order Processing & Shipping Information
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Orders are shipped within 1-5 days (usually 1-3 days). Shipping is calculated automatically. Merchandise is shipped by USPS Priority Mail. Orders qualifying for free shipping are shipped in the most economical way possible, often USPS Media Mail when the order qualifies for this shipping method.

Return Policy - Printed Books & Gift Items
No hassle returns are accepted within 30 days. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Please notify us about your return at books@artplantae.com.

Google eBooks Refund Policy
Google eBooks are eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase only if there are technical problems with the book. Google eBooks are not eligible for a refund if they were placed in the wrong Google account, were purchased for use with an Amazon Kindle, or were purchased in error. Google charges the store immediately for all e-book transactions and will only consider returns if there are technical problems with a book. Please address all questions to books@artplantae.com.
